Fat?? why??

(buang tebiat nak speaking pulak harini)
man..betape boringnye  . . staying home for this holiday kinda bored (although i've got all my homeworks undone in my bag . . ) the best thing i've done all these days are gaining myself some fat (it's not some actually) . . bahaha . . i start to laugh at myself when i'm looking at the mirror . . who the hell is that girl standing in the mirror?? (tak ngaku badan sendiri pulak . . alahai . . )

sadly it's me~ so i've search the steps of slimming in the internet and got the reason of not doing it:-


  • Eliminate negativity, negative self-talk , fears , worries , doubts , and negative or self-limiting beliefs with EFT , or some other simple , clearing-technique (i'll talked to myself almost an hour and got myself crazy in the next hour and automaticly got myself into the hospital for the maddies . . lalala ~aku dah gile~ )                  




  • Think positively and love yourself always . Think positive things about the food you eat . Do not fear food , or believe it will make you fat , and then eat it ; or it will . (the thing i'll do is praising myself -macam kakak aku selalu buat - and eat all the food in my cabinet so i won't get myself eaten by the food )



  • Take walks , or do some other activity - outside (sunlight is good for you) - that is physical and you enjoy doing . Don't be afraid to be tired ; do more today than you did yesterday if you want to do more tomorrow than you do today . Move your body and tell it that you are moving it so it can be strong and healthy . (i'll take a walk under the sun and i'll burn . . then i'll tell my body that i'm moving them so it can be strong and bla bla . . jiran yang kebetulan nampak kejadian tu akan call hospital ~how cool . . FREE SERVICE at the hospital .  . - memang bagos la kan?? 



  • Nourish yourself with healthy foods; but, no matter what you eat, love your food - bless it and ask your food for the strength and nourishment to do whatever you must do. Eat well ; but eat consciously . And always enjoy your food ; if you are feeling guilty , you are experiencing the stress response - and your food is being turned into fat . . . (perlukah aku mencintai makanan??!!)
